The E on your team.

My own style. A personal approach.

I’m Erika Sykes, founder of GO-TO-E. For over 15 years, I’ve built my career connecting people, creating opportunities, solving problems, and being the person others trust to get things done.

From sports and entertainment to lifestyle, wellness, business, and community, I’ve worn many hats, built meaningful relationships, and learned how to navigate different rooms while keeping the details moving behind the scenes.

I’m a people person, a natural problem solver, and someone who genuinely cares. I believe in showing up, thinking ahead, adding value, and following through.

That’s the heart of GO-TO-E. High-level service with a personal touch.

That’s the E on your team—connecting the right people, coordinating the details, and keeping your lifestyle moving with intention.

The beginning

Early days.
The same drive.

A look back at an early promotional video I made when I first started GO-TO-E. An early expression of the vision that continues to shape the work today.

Built on relationships

I did the groundwork.
I still do the work.

Learning by doing.

I came up from the ground level. I threw myself into different roles, got my hands in the work, asked questions, and learned by doing. Each experience added another layer to my craft: how to anticipate a need, connect the right people, solve a problem, and keep things moving when the plan changes.

Along the way, I had great mentors. OGs in the game who took the time to school me, share what they knew, and help me find my footing. I carry those lessons with me as I build GO-TO-E as an independent client services agency.

My first agency startup experience was at KLUTCH Sports Group, working alongside Rich Paul as the agency was being built. That hands-on chapter gave me a close look at what it takes to build an agency from the ground up.

Different tables. The same me.

The network I’ve nurtured over the years has opened doors across sports, lifestyle, culture, wellness, community, and economic advancement. It’s brought me into rooms and industries I might never have imagined. Those relationships grew through being myself, showing respect, adding value, and doing what I said I would do.

I enjoy connecting people and creating opportunities. I value principles, family ties, and relationships that go beyond a transaction. We collaborate and succeed as a team. That mindset shapes who I work with and how I show up.

I care enough to keep it real.

I’m transparent, and I’m not a yes woman. I’ll ask questions, give you my honest perspective, and work through what needs to happen. My attention to detail and ability to think ahead are just as important as my ability to figure things out in the moment.

I’m passionate about the many sides of this work. My approach is personal, hands-on, and built around a system that keeps priorities moving toward results. It’s a niche way of working, and I know I’m not everybody’s cup of tea. I’m comfortable with that.

I work best with people who see the bigger picture—or trust me enough to help bring it to life. When we have that trust, we can connect the dots, create opportunities, and do work we’re proud of. That’s the E on your team.

My journey

Learning the game.
Building the relationships.

From sports management and NIL to player-owned media and basketball operations—each chapter shaped the way I work today.

Wendell Moore Jr. — a Final Four moment with family04 / NIL & ATHLETE SUPPORT

Relationships through every stage

Working with Wendell Moore Jr. through his college and NIL journey meant showing up for the person, the family, and the opportunities beyond the court. A moment with Wendell and his family as Duke advanced to the Final Four is part of that story.

PlayersTV — Art Basel with Amar’e Stoudemire05 / PLAYERSTV

Player-led. Player-owned.

As Director of Brand Strategy, Talent & Events at PlayersTV, I learned to develop content around what players care about: short films, television series, documentaries, and content partnership shows for national networks. I also put together an Art Basel event with Amar’e Stoudemire and special guests.

Unrivaled — the Phantom team06 / UNRIVALED

Supporting the people behind the game

During Unrivaled’s inaugural season, I worked in player relations and basketball operations as a club coordinator assigned to Phantom. From team logistics to day-to-day player support, it was another hands-on chapter in keeping people and moving parts connected.

07 / LOUD AND LIVE ENTERTAINMENT

Big experiences. Every detail connected.

As an Event Director at Loud and Live Entertainment, I worked across large-scale events, Hispanic audience experiences for Amazon Prime and Prime Video, movie premieres, private screenings, invite-only influencer dinners, and brand activations.

That chapter also included Chase financial literacy events and Latino community activations, a private premiere for an Apple TV documentary about Messi, and the Becky G × Vita Coco partnership activation across an 18-city tour. Bringing that touring brand experience into a 10 × 10 creative footprint meant making the space work as hard as the idea.

Different audiences, brands, and environments. The work was connecting the creative vision with the people, production, and details that brought each experience to life.

Move with intention.

Becoming a Pilates instructor is a new chapter in how I care for people. I teach private one-on-one and group reformer Pilates sessions, bringing the same attention and personal touch to movement that I bring to every part of GO-TO-E.

Mobility, alignment, strength, balance, and recovery-minded movement. We’ll talk about your goals and build a session around the way you want to move.
